Your options for partner/family attendance
We understand that the opportunity to take your family to Daydream Island may be too good to pass up! We recommend having your family meet you on Daydream Island at the end of the Retreat, so you can be fully present and engaged, to completely maximise the value of the opportunity.
In the event that you do wish to have your family join you on Daydream Island during the Retreat dates, please see options below.
- Your room can be upgraded to double occupancy at no extra cost.
- A maximum of one single rollaway bed can be added to a King room at a cost of $100 per night (rollaway beds cannot be added to Twin rooms).
- Room upgrades may be available at an additional cost, depending on hotel availability.
- Daily breakfast for children can be added at a cost of $14 per day, per child.
- Children are not able to attend any of the Retreat program.
- The resort has a kids club for children between 4-12 years of age.

Can I extend my trip on Daydream Island?
Yes, absolutely! Many participants choose to extend their stay to explore more of the Whitsunday's beauty. Feel free to arrange your return flight accordingly and inform our team if you plan to extend your trip so we can assist with any additional arrangements.
When do I have to book by?
There are a limited number of rooms available on The Entourage Exclusive Retreat, therefore we highly recommend booking as soon as possible. Spaces fill up quickly, and an early booking ensures you don't miss out on this transformative experience. Registrations close on Friday 23 August.
What additional expenses do I need to factor in?
In addition to the retreat fee, budget for expenses such as flights, travel insurance, meals outside of the retreat program, optional activities, souvenirs, and any personal spending.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Please refer to our Booking Terms and Conditions for detailed information on cancellation policies. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.

How do I get from the Airport to Daydream Island?
We will arrange group transfers from Hamilton Island Airport (HTI) and Whitsunday Coast Airport (PPP). Transfers from HTI will be a direct 1-hour ferry. Transfers from PPP will be a 45-minute shuttle followed by a 30-minute ferry transfer. For this reason, we recommend flying into HTI if possible.
We will ask you to advise your flight details leading up to the Retreat so we can organise your transfers.

What flights should I book?
Book your flights to and from Hamilton Island Airport (HTI) [RECOMMENDED] or Whitsunday Coast Airport (PPP). Please aim to arrive by Monday 9 September. If flying into HTI, aim to arrive by 1:30pm. If flying into PPP, aim to arrive by 2pm. You can book your return flights at any time on Saturday 14 September (unless extending your trip).
